Just a word of thanks & appreciation for the exceptional service I have received from you. First, with the purchase of my lovely "Garden Dreams", new-to-me laptop, second with the refurbishment of my old desktop for an elderly neighbour & then the purchase of a 'new' desktop for me. Your very helpful & patient assistance by email, phone & in person with problems encountered by me & other friends has been greatly appreciated. I highly recommend your service, whether for a laptop or any Windows-based problems.

Hi Mel,
We would like to thank you for the quality refurbished laptops you sold to us. You are easy to get along with and always willing to give tips how to better take care of laptops or computers. We greatly appreciate your willingness to help two undergraduate students out with finding quality laptops for our secondary education. Mel “The WiFi Nut” has always treated me with respect and no matter what dumb things I have done to screw up my computer he has never talked down to me and has fixed my errors and even spoke to me in normal language to teach me what I have done wrong. This I appreciate because I don’ t understand computer language. Also the speed of service is amazing and it is nice to be treated like a friend!
